eConnect began as a university project to help visitors plan and book zoo experiences, while giving staff an easier way to manage schedules and media.
Small venues often struggle with double-bookings, confusing pre-visit information, and manual content updates. Visitors needed a clear way to see what’s available and staff needed tools that reduced administrative effort.
We delivered a lightweight platform that shows live availability, an interactive map for planning visits, and a straightforward admin panel to manage events and media. The priority was reliability and a simple experience for both visitors and staff.
